[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every CarGurus President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  This should not be a co-worker at CarGurus.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All qualifiers will be notified through email with a link to register by Wednesday, January 20th. All registrations must be received by Friday, January 29th. Please make sure your registration is on time to secure your spot on the March trip.  

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

All flights are required to be booked through Executive Group Travel. Upon completing the registration, a representative from EGT will be in contact within 48 hours with several flight options and once selected, will be booked for you and your guest. We ask that you please do not book a flight on your own.

Executive Group Travel will manage the budget for each attendees flight.  Any flights that go over budget, you will be held responsible for the difference and can cover that through Executive Group Travel.

Please note all flights will be booked by January 30th! A reminder you will be flying into the Punta Cana Airport (PUJ).

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is needed to travel to the Dominican Republic and required at check in?

To enter the Dominican Republic and at check-in to the hotel, you will need to present two important things:

1. A valid passport that does not expire for at least six (6) months from the day you depart Punta Cana. Please note – it is your responsibility to understand the travel requirements to/from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.

2. Credit Card: We recommend providing a credit card over a debit card, as the debit card will debit funds for the hold then redeposit days after your stay. The hotel will request a credit card at check-in to cover any incidentals. Please note that a $300 hold will be placed on that credit card at that time and released approximately 24 hours after check-out.

3. This digital form is required for entering or leaving the national territory. It is mandatory for each passenger to truthfully complete the information on the electronic Ticket for the General Immigration Office, the General Customs Office and the Ministry of Public Health, according to Dominican laws.

It is mandatory for all travelers arriving or leaving on commercial flights You don’t have to fill it out exactly 72 hours before — you can do it anytime once you have your flight info, as long as it's done before airline check-in After you submit it, you’ll get a QR code. You’ll need to show that at the airline counter.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

If you are interested in extending your trip this is first come first serve for room availability at the discounted room block rate.  Please contact EGT for pricing details. 

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be your responsibility to cover financially.

Also any additional flight costs and transfer costs for flying earlier/later or to an alternate destination is your responsibility.

[fa icon="plus-square"] How are airport transfers being handled?

Yes. When you arrive at the Punta Cana airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the CarGurus sign held by our transportation partner, AMSTAR.

Please note that transportation will only be arranged on group arrival and departure dates. If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible to arrange your own transportation to or from the airport.

For your transfer from the W Hotel to the Punta Cana airport, you must check-out from the hotel and meet the transportation rep in the main lobby. Your departure time will be listed in your personalized itinerary two weeks prior to the event.

The W Hotel is located about 50-minutes from the airport.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is included in the all-inclusive package?

All inclusive means not having to worry about the details. here's a list of everything that will be included in your stay.

    • All meals included buffet or a la carte, in the different restaurants and snack areas of the Resort.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack? Can I expense checked luggage?

The high temperatures in Punta Cana on average in June is between 84°F-86°F.

A few other helpful items to bring:

    • Valid Passport - your passport must be valid 6 months after your departure date for those attending from the US. *Please note that you are responsible to understand the travel requirements to travel to and from your home country. This is NOT the responsibility of Executive Group Travel.*
    • A Credit Card will be required at the time of check in for incidentals
    • Resort Casual attire
    • Bathing Suit
    • Sunglasses
    • Sunscreen
    • Active Wear for those looking to use the resorts fitness center

For those attending from Europe, a plug adapter for the Dominican Republic which has which has two flat parallel pins.

In case your mobile phone data does not work you may want to look at using something like Airalo for data (this will be at your own expense)

This is a casual trip and long pants are not required at any of the restaurants.

Given that PClub is only a 3-night (4 for attendees outside of the West Coast) sponsored event, we highly recommend carry-on luggage for this trip. This will help ensure no luggage is lost. If you check your luggage and the airlines lose it, you are responsible for the costs incurred, including wardrobe, toiletries, etc. 

[fa icon="plus-square"] Where can I find my hotel confirmation?
You will receive your personalized itinerary through Trip Plans from Executive Group Travel with your confirmation number within 30 days of the start of the event. 
[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I add Spa Services?

Yes, you are more than welcome to add a spa service during your stay. Please note that if you did not select a Spa Treatment as your one sponsored activity in the registration process, this will be on your own dime and will need to be booked personally directly with the spa. As a part of the group, you will be eligible for a 15% discount on spa services.

A reminder, Resort Credit can be used to help cover the cost of an additional spa treatment.

[fa icon="plus-square"] How do I handle dinner reservations?

We highly recommend making dinner reservations upon arrival with concierge. It is also recommend downloading the Marriott Experience App which will be a great resource for daily schedules of resort activities, restaurant details, and so much! It is available for all mobile devices.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What is ZoomInfo covering for the Hotel?

ZoomInfo is covering your hotel room 3 nights (4 nights for those coming from outside of the West Coast) including taxes and resort fees associated with the room.

In addition to your hotel room, ZoomInfo will be covering the cost of an activity of your choosing for both you and your guest, as well as roundtrip airport transportation from the Punta Cana Airport to the W Hotel on approved event dates.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What happens if my address changes between the time I register and receiving my swag box?
Please email presidentsclub@zoominfo.com if you have an address change from the address submitted during registration.
[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the on-site meeting required?

Yes the meeting is required for all CarGurus employees who are attending the trip!  Guests may enjoy their morning at leisure.  Please be on time.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is the cost of transportation to or parking at my home airport reimbursed by ZoomInfo? What can I expense after the trip?

 Yes, $200 credit per employee can be used toward transportation to and from your home airport or parking at the airport for your travel to PClub. This can be expensed through Expensify after the trip. 

If you are extending your trip prior to or after the event, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to or from the airport; this cost will not be covered.

This all-inclusive resort covers most of what you'll need during P-Club. However, if you choose to partake in non-included costs or activities (e.g., gift shop purchases, spa services, lessons or additional activities, and non-included alcohol (wine by the bottle, sake, and imported beer available at speciality outlets), etc), these expenses will not be covered.

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
