Wednesday 4/2/2025 - INTERNATIONAL Arrival Day

Today is the international arrival day for all attendees traveling from outside of North America! Given your travel distance to the Bahamas, we have provided you an additional travel day.  With that said, you’re free to spend your time however you choose. 

Airport transfers will be provided from Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) for all attendees that arrive today as part of the group transport. More details on airport transfers will be provided in your personalized itinerary prior to the event. Please note if you are arriving in Nassau outside of your approved arrival date, you will be on your own to arrange and pay for transportation from the airport to the resort.

Check-in is 4:00pm. You may store your luggage and freshen up in the spa locker area.

The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!  Also at check-in we recommend guests to add your Hyatt number with the front desk.  This will allow you to access your reservation with App and give you keyless entry and app check-out capabilities.

• We highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive to Baha Mar.  The sooner you make reservations the better! Reservations can be made clicking one of these two links: Baha Mar Reservations or Grand Hyatt Baha Mar Reservations. Please note that you are able to eat at any restaurant within the Baha Mar properties and charge back to your room at the Grand Hyatt.

Thursday 4/3/2025 -  US ARRIVAL DAY

Thursday is the arrival day for all employees from the US.  

Check in is at 4:00 PM. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!  Also at check-in we recommend guests to add your Hyatt number with the front desk.  This will allow you to access your reservation with App and give you keyless entry and app check-out capabilities.

There are plenty of breakfast options, including Cleo and Cafe Madeleine both open from 7am-11am. Regatta also has a breakfast buffet, and there are two Starbucks on property with grab and go options.  If the line at Baha Mar is too long, there is also a Starbucks located in the just past the casino prior to entering the SLS Baha Mar lobby. Click here for a full list of Baha Mar restaurants.  One of our favorite breakfast spots on property is the El Jefe food truck, opens at 8am for some great breakfast tacos and burritos.

Please note: all of the restaurants in the Baha Mar complex can be charged back to the room. Your resort credit is provided help defray the cost of food throughout your trip.  Please do not expense any additional food and beverage from this trip.  

Afternoon: at leisure

Options for today:

• Explore the Nassau on your own. 
• Relax by the hotel pool and/or beach. A reminder during your stay, you will have free access to the Baha Bay Waterpark located right next door to the resort.

7:30pm - 9:30pm: Welcome Reception. Join us tonight to kick off a great few days in the Bahamas to celebrate a great year at ZoomInfo!

• Dinner & Drinks will be served.
• The Dress Code for Welcome Dinner is Resort Chic/Cocktail Attire 

Friday 4/4/2025

Activities Day:

• Rose Island Tour - Meeting time for this activity is 9:00am at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar convention center.  You will return to the hotel by 5pm this evening!
• 18 Holes of Golf -   Enjoy 18 holes of golf at the Royal Blue Golf Course.   Tee times will be announced 2 weeks prior to the event. Shuttles will pick up at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar main transportation circle right outside the lobby.    
• Spa Treatment - Please note that all spa treatments will take place at the ESPA Spa located on the 7th floor of the resort.

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

Evening: at leisure

Dinner: At Leisure, attendees are on their own for dinner to enjoy all amazing cuisine that Baha Mar has to offer.  As long as you can charge back to your room, your resort credit can be used!  You may adventure over to the SLS Baha Mar or Rosewood for dinner and you are able to charge back to your room at the Grand Hyatt.  Here is the full restaurant list in the Baha Mar complex. Dining Options

Saturday 4/5/2025

9:00am - 10:45am - ZoomInfo Employees Only Meeting. This morning's meeting will be hosted in the New Providence Ballroom.  Breakfast will be served starting at 9am so please arrive by 9:30am latest.

Day: at leisure

This afternoon is all yours to enjoy the pools of the Hyatt Baha Mar, the brand new waterpark, the hotel's fitness center, the complimentary non-motorized water sports, and the beautiful beach right in front of the property. Explore all the resort has to offer Services and Experiences or lay back and relax at one of the many pools or the legendary white sand on Cable Beach!

1:30pm-3:30pm - ZoomInfo Club Pool Party (Optional) -  Location: Elixir Pool at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar

Please join us this afternoon for some snacks and drinks at the Elixir Pool.  We have access to this pool private for ZoomInfo all day so guests can feel free to enjoy during our morning meeting.

6:00pm-10:00pm: President's Club Celebration Dinner - Location: Palm Lawn at Baha Mar. The Awards Dinner will be a White Party theme!
