Travel day to Maui for all attendees coming from outside of the US West Coast.  ZoomInfo is providing group transportation to the hotel upon arrival.  The drive from the OGG airport should take approximately 25-30 minutes. 

*** Check-in time is 4PM, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed. 

Please note that a hold of $200 per night will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!

You will be provided $400 USD per person ($800 per couple) to spend at the Andaz on food and beverage over your stay.  This amount will be covered by ZoomInfo directly, please just make sure you charge back these costs to your hotel room.  Anything over the $400 per person ($800 per couple), you will be asked to cover that personally. 

  • For those arriving early in the day you will have access to the Ohana Lounge which is a great perk at the Andaz.  Lockers are available to store your personal items during the day and showers are available to get ready for your late departure.
  • You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  We always recommend packing a change of clothes in your carry-on in case luggage gets lost during travels.
  • Afternoon at leisure. 

Dinner On Own:  We recommend making reservations ahead of time on OpenTable if dining at one of the restaurants on property. 

Andaz provides a complimentary shuttle within Wailea.  Keep in mind the courtesy vehicles will be busy with a full hotel so just give yourself an extra 20 minutes. A reminder that the resort credit can only be used towards items charged to your room, so off property dinners will be at your own expense.

For those looking to grab a quick bite the Market offers grab and go options, and in-room dining can also be ordered. The Mokapu Market opens daily at 6:00 AM.

Activities Day:

Catamaran Sailing Experiences: Tacos & Turtle Tour. 9:00am-12:00pm - ZoomInfo Business Meeting - Please join us in the Main Studio meeting space at Andaz for breakfast and meeting with leadership!  Employees only, attendance is required.

12:30pm-3:30pm - After our meeting join us at the Tranquility Pool for a ZClub Pool Party.

 

7:00PM - 10:00PM - ZoomInfo Celebration Luau - Please join us outside for our farewell party on the Laule'a 1&2 Lawn on property.

  • Dress code for this event is Resort Chic, think linens, sundresses, etc.   It is outside so a shawl is recommended.
  • Dinner & drinks will be provided at the Farewell Party.
